Any Martial Arts Club or association that meets the criteria.
What Criteria must be met?
Chief instructor must provide;
A Completed membership application form.Dan Grade certificates for all your instructors.
A copy of your current insurance certificate.
A copy of the grading syllabus that you teach.
2 Passport photographs.
2 written references from 2 persons known to you but not related to you.
Complete the Garda Vetting check.
Complete a background check,code of ethics.

Qualify for entry to Kickboxing Ireland competitions.
Access to Irish National Eliminations.
Eligibility for a place on the Irish Squad for WAKO and WPKA World and European Events.

Kickboxing Ireland run referees courses, first aid courses, coaching seminars, sports nutrition seminars.
Kickboxing Ireland have use of the National Sports Facilities in Limerick and arrange training camps for the Irish Squad and Kickboxing Ireland members. Help with Club development Have a say in the development of our sport And more...

n order to complete the application process, you will need to provide all the items listed opposite. On receipt of the above, your membership application can move along quite quickly. Your application will be reviewed by our executive committee at its next meeting and you willthen be invited to meet the executive.
There are many advantages to being a member of AKAI. Kickboxing Ireland is constantly growing and trying to improve itself. It endeavours to promote the sport of kickboxing to its full potential and to assist and educate ts members as much as possible.
